Veronica Laboratories Limited was incorporated on 26-03-93 with the
Registrar of Companies Bombay and the certificate of commencement of
business was received on 15-04-1993. The Company is planning to set
up a modern & sophisticated GMP based pharmaceutical formulation
plant at P.O. Mahalangra, Tq.Ahmedpur, Dist Latur.
Veronica Laboratories Ltd. (VLL) was established & registered on
March 26, 1993 as a public limited company. VLL is involved in the
manufacturing formulation of drugs. The company is promoted by
entrepreneurs having experience in the pharmaceutical industry for
over 15 years. Veronica Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd., an existing profit
making company was amalgamated into VLL with effect from April
1,1993, as per order dated 12.1.94 from Bombay High Count and special
resolution dated 05.05.1993 passed by the company.
2000
-The Company engaged in manufacture of formulations has embarked on
an expansion project to double its capacity by setting up a new
formulation unti-cum-research and development centre at Rabale, New
Mumbai.
2002
-Veronica bags marketing rights of Herbtab -- an HIV drug
2003
-Veronica Lab completes clinical trials of herbal Anti-AIDS drug
-Veronica Laboratories obtains Maharashtra Govt's FDA approval for
herbal drug
-Veronica completes trial production of Herbovera
2004
-Clinical trials of Veronica Laboratories's HIV drug begins
-Veronica Laboratories kicks off Herbovera production
-Veronica Laboratories ties up with SRL Ranbaxy
-Veronica Lab enters into a MoU with farmers of Maharashtra and
neighbouring states, encouraging them to cultivate medicinal plants.
